Responsibilities:
- Interact with staff at all levels in a dynamic work environment.
- Be comfortable processing basic payroll input.
- Collaborate with Project Manager, Sr. Scheduler, and VP of Operations.
- Ensure any safety training and JSA’s are completed prior to work.
- Ensure direct reports have necessary supplies and resources to do their assignments successfully.
- Be able to provide accurate and timely info about work site activities.
- Guide Foreman and direct reports on proper work site processes.
- Oversee construction of the project and coordinate all construction activity on site.
- Assists with Managing the site.
- Fosters a Continuous Improvement mindset in the team.

Work Environment:
- Must be able to work in a variety of physical positions, like sitting, squatting, standing, walking, and driving.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs while using proper lifting techniques, stand, walk on uneven surfaces, manually manipulate, grasp, reach out and above shoulder, climb, kneel, bend, twist, and push/pull.
- Must endure regular exposure to all weather conditions, including hot, cold, humid, and rainy during all seasons throughout the year.
- May be exposed to uncomfortable or distracting sounds or noise levels on sites of projects being managed or coordinated.
- Must wear proper Personal Protective Equipment as required by work tasks, such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, hard hats, steel toe/composite toe boots and high visible vest when working on-site.

Job Requirements:
Qualifications Required
- Highschool Diploma or GED.
- Extensive knowledge in NEC code
- Hold or be able to obtain OSHA 10-hour Certification and OSHA 30-hour Certification
- At least 8 years prior experience in any of the related electrical fields: Solar, Industrial, or Construction.
- Must be a licensed electrician
- Ability to construct site mainly unobserved with minimal overwatch from management
- Understanding of Solar install, ability to work with numerous departments to construct solar site per print spec
- Prior supervisory experience leading crews of 40+ people
- Ability to travel up to 100% of the time.
- A high level of time management, accountability, and prioritization skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as a strong level of interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional Critical Thinking, Time Management, Accountability, and Prioritization skills.
- Self-motivated, goal- oriented, and driven to accomplish department goals.
